Tune: Old Hundred, Psaumes de David, 1551
Text: New Version, 1696
Certainly one of the older tunes and texts in the 1991 SH book.
O come, loud anthems let us sing,
Loud thanks to our Almighty King.
For we our voices high should raise,
When our salvation’s Rock we praise.
Praise God from whom all blessings flow,
Praise Him all creatures here below
Praise Him above, ye heavenly host,
Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
